1. Who you are dealing with
“Bake ʼn Chill”, “we”, “us” refers to Bake ʼn Chill Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria with offices at 19, 6th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your phone number, password, and OTPs confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend an account that violates these terms, is suspected of fraud, or is used to abuse promotional credit.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable.
- An order is only confirmed when payment is successful and we send you a confirmation message. Until then, items may sell out and prices may change.
- Minimum order quantities apply on selected items. The quantity floor is shown on each product before you check out.
- Custom cake and catering orders are quoted separately and require 5–7 days lead time.
4. Payment
We accept Paystack-supported cards, bank transfers, in-store cash, and wallet credit. You authorise us (via Paystack) to charge your selected payment method for any orders you place.
5. Delivery & pickup
- Delivery is available within selected Abuja zones, with fees displayed at checkout.
- Pickup slots require a configured lead time (currently 48 hours). Same-day pickup may be available depending on demand.
- We will deliver to the address you provide. If the rider cannot reach you after two contact attempts the order will be returned to our café and a 30 % handling fee may apply on the refund.
6. Refunds & cancellations
- Cancellations are free until the order moves to In preparation. After that, we may charge a portion of the order total to cover prep.
- If something arrives spoiled or wrong, contact us within 24 hours and weʼll replace the item or credit your wallet — your choice.
- Custom cake deposits are non-refundable inside the 48-hour window before pickup.
7. Loyalty, wallet & referrals
- You earn 1 point per ₦100 spent. 100 points = ₦50 off at checkout.
- Wallet credits and referral bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of Bake ʼn Chill.
- We may reverse loyalty or referral credit obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, or refunded orders.
8. Gift cards
- Gift cards are single-use and cannot be split across orders.
- Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be reissued.
- Unused balance is forfeited 12 months after the card is issued.
9. The arcade
- Sessions are paid per machine, per slot, in advance.
- Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes forfeit the slot — we may release it to the next guest.
- Damage to equipment caused by misuse is chargeable.
- Table reservations are free and held for up to 15 minutes.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our services.
- Create accounts to game promotions or referral credit.
- Resell our products without written permission.
11. Liability
Where the law allows us to, we limit our liability to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. spoiled events, lost profits). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing personal injury or fraud.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be heard exclusively by the courts of Abuja, FCT.
